We focus on posture, core, and arms in this series. Grab your long band and ball - and meet me on the mat. Some fun things to look forward too:

  • Kneeling Arms
  • Side Bend Tricep Flow
  • Seated Tricep Row Flow
  • Single Leg Bridging with Long Band Arms*
  • C-Curve with a side of Delts
