Do you ever just want to lay down and stay there for a full workout? You're in luck for this one! Take a load off, lay on you back and relax during this stretch focusing on the lower body.

Luckily laying on your back can be one of the most efficient ways to stretch the lower body, using it to stabilise the spine and isolate each stretch more successfully.

Use the long band to guide you into stretches for the hamstrings, glutes, itb's and more on those days your body needs a little extra TLC. Even pause the video if you love a stretch and want to stay longer. You know #MVMThasyourback always!
