Good morning sunshine! Start your day off right even when you don't have much time to spare with this stretch quickie.

I've designed it around opening up the front lines of the body - think that feel good opening movement and feeling of a yawn that lasts for 15 minutes.Particularly fantastic if you are going to spend your day rounded over anything like a computer, book, art or cooking.

Press play on your favourite wake up tunes (my favourite is Bill Withers - Lovely Day) and finish with a smile on your face ready to take on the day!
