As per special request, this is a simple set of stretches with added support if you want to work towards being able to do the splits.
*Be kind to your body as the splits are an extreme thing to ask of your body so please make sure your body is happy and healthy and you take it slow if you are trying this one!*

You will need: a chair, pillow and your mat.
