Thinking of adding in jumping to your Sculpt, Barre or Sweat workouts? Here is some guidance and things to watch for - a great reminder if you are jumping already and a great bit of education for anyone new to jumping!
Remember though - you can still get a fantastic workout without any high impact options. Every jump inside Virtual MVMT is an extra option not a necessity, stay with the no impact option if you please. Any knee/back/ankle injuries stick to low impact (no jumps) too.
