Full Body Class (with a side of whale watching)
A short but full bodied pilates mat flow using the ball and long band. It was a windy day so the audio is a little muffled at times! (hehe i almost get blown over at the end) if its too tough to hear anything let me know and so happy to re film as it is such a nice feeling flow.
In between targeting the core, glutes, inner thighs, back and arms take a pause to watch the whales migrating past bondi beach behind me!
