It is a peach party with a side of "pushing arms" (mainly triceps) using your loop & glider. We start standing at the chair for a classic glider warm up, sneak in some seated tricep dips then head to the mat for a peach party ft. the loop. Quadruped, Sidelying, Book-openings, Side Planks & Tricep Dips are on the menu in this 30-Minute peach focussed full-body flow.

Gentle on joints, yet deceivingly "burny". Fast-paced full-body burner (I puff a little the whole way through).
