Join me for a fun, sweaty barre sesh that is formatted like a "bun" sandwich.

Starting a Cardio and glute warm up before we head into a glute superset.

Then we move into the meat in between your buns, a core interlude. Finishing with you guessed it, glutes!

Then some more cardio and glutes again to really finish it off.

Enjoy this well marinated, cooked through and perfectly seasoned bun sandwich with some bangers on the side, here is my choice:
