The core is definitely on the menu. We pulse into the burn zone in a seated core combo that works the legs in 3 different ways. Sitting like a champ as we row the chest open and upper-back strong. Sneak in some roll downs and get the biceps burning (one arm at a time). We break up the ab burn with some bridging. Perfect hip-opening moment and opportunity to strengthen the hamstrings and inner thighs. This fun bridging sequence starts by combining spine mobility and squeezes (to get the spine moving and mobile) before getting into down and dirty in the burn zone where it’s all about strength and inner thigh stamina.
