Standing Full Body Blast
Standing flow using your glider and ball. Oooofff… this packs just enough zing that you feel it in all the right places and pushes you with a few extra reps to challenge yourself and leave you in the shake zone. This will effectively target and sculpt our glutes, legs and arms (respectively) - AND in just 15-minutes. Scooter, Inner-thighs, and Seated Triceps for the win. Adding this to my favourites.
