45-Minute (Pregnant Friendly) Flow.
A spicy mix of mat & standing that will leave the entire body warm & shakey.
We start on the mat with mobility & triceps. Then take a side-lying inner thigh & side-plank superset. It’s then "loop on" for a side-lying, quadruped, band walk peach party. We finish standing with a mix of thigh & booty using just your ball & chair.
