No Prop Core Challenge in Quadruped!
You need just your mat for this one. We take on quadruped (four-point kneeling) with the focus on the core! Our goal - stabilising the pelvis and spine as we move the arm and legs (oh so functional!).
You will also enjoy the added side effects (in addition to a strong core) of:
- Arm and upper body strength
- Hip opening and glute strength
- Shoulder strength and stabilisation
- Balance and coordination
- Full-Body integration aka dominating life
