Grab your ball we are starting standing at the chair for 4-Minute Thigh Burner. We then stretch out the calves (while strengthening the triceps) at the wall with a push up series before taking it back to the chair for a gliding series for the glutes.

It is then down to the mat with the loop for a peach party: it's a seated band abduction, quadruped, sidelying superset.

Really push your lower-body in this one. We keep the movements simple so you can nail form and really feel the burn!
