A full body 30 minute Sculpt workout flowing seamlessly throughout using the loop the whole time. If you would like to really turbo charge the workout add ankle weights for everything but the ab work and let me know how you go inside the Facebook community!

We categorise our sculpt workouts as more of a functional movement take on Pilates, expect more standing work, higher intensity (sometimes cardio or high impact options too) more burn and less mobility moments. You can filter for sculpt workouts in our video categories on the web to make it extra easy to find too!

This Sculpt flow looks like:

  • Squats
  • Planks into prone (laying on stomach) back and posture work)
  • Quadruped and donkey kicks one side
  • Abs laying on your back
  • Quadruped other side
  • Standing one leg work
