Your go to weekly full body Sculpt class, enjoy the challnge as the instensity builds with cardio intervals and endurance based strengthening. This week we start with inner thigh standing then move into hamstring and glute work broken up by a strong ab round. Some spinal articulation using the long band follows and we end with a fun standing set using the loop. Enjoy!
