Livestream class with Holly (45 minutes)
You will need: Mat, loop, long band, ball and chair.
Mondays Sculpt class started off with a bang - working with the loop band in hovers, squats, quadruped and bridging leaving the hamstrings and glutes challenged right from the start. Then we move through a strong ab set with a focus on articulation, balanced by triceps and chest expansions. Finishing off with standing glutes, inner thighs and a signature sculpt cardio burst!
Sculpt will leave you feeling challenged in all the right ways!
