Flow from exercise to exercise using the long band, giving every part of your body some love along the way. When asked what your favourite prop is, most of you replied the ball or loop, which is very fair as they are great props! However, the long band is such an incredible prop too, let me show you why using some of these fun, creative and less commonly used ways to use the long band!
