You will need: Your ball, long band and mat.
I was covering Chloe's mat class this Friday and unfortunately had some issues with the live film so I refilmed the class for you after the zoom. So lovely to teach a pure mat class instead of my usual sculpt.
What's inside: ball under sacrum ab work, working on roll ups and articulation with long band, playing with planks on elbows, then a double whammy of back work, first on the mat then a functional standing round with an inner thigh surprise to finish. Then we finish with glutes 2 ways with the ball.
