Glute essentials go-to's using the loop and glider. This mat and standing sculpt will warm you up quickly (perfect for a cold winter's day). The first 20 minutes is on the mat and the last 10 finishes standing (and strong). Some of my favourite moves - and to ease you in, I even reward you with a book-openings spine stretch to start. For prenatal trimesters 2 and 3, I created a later-stage workout just for you here.
