A fabulous ab workout to get you burning and leave you glowing! Day 1 of the Glow in 20 program that gets you moving for 20 minutes a day for 20 days which you can check out below.

Starting with my fave no chest lift ab exercises to really wake up your balance and awareness, no escaping here! Then my all time fave ab exercise, overball abs (because of that oh so good layback in between every ab ouch). Then we move into plank work and you can feel your abs the whole way after the previous exercise! Ball in a Ball finishes this one off with some major spice, thank me tomorrow when you can feel me when you laugh!
