From our pop up classes we did a few weeks ago; 40 minutes of pure booty goodness. We start in bridging, onto over-ball abs, up for standing gliders, down to quadruped, side lying and finishing with side lifts. I can guarantee your booty will be very sore after this one... gotta love that burn :)
