Essential Glutes 3 - Long Band
This exercise series is iconic MVMT. Introduce yourself to “the rotisserie”, “karate-kicks” and a whole lotta glute burn. We break down quadruped rotissarie and sidelying using the long band. We use the long band tied for this series to enhance the work to the glutes, but you could complete this workout equipment free.
Beginner-friendly doesn’t mean you won’t feel the glutes burn. Moving slow and correctly = OUCH!
