This is all about strengthening the legs, thighs and glutes! It is ALL standing using the ball. It would be more of an intermediate level because it layers dynamic combos, steps up the reps and uses the ball (and chair) in creative ways to build stronger legs.

The second trimester *burst of energy* must have kicked in! haha.
