“I’m new to Movement society but let me say this – I’m addicted! I love how the challenge consists of workouts that easily slot into my day with 2 demanding toddlers. Each day I am looking forward to my little workout and the challenge structure helps me to keep being consistent and that’s what matters right? Even though I don’t have a lot of time to dedicate to my pilates workout, I’m stoked to see progress and results from just 20 minutes a day.”
