Being a new mum who has just gone back to work it has been hard to slot in time for as much movement as I’d like but with quick 20-minute workouts, it has been so much easier to sneak into my day! Once you start, the 20 minutes fly by and you feel so much more like the best version of yourself afterward, ready to seize the day.

Elise’s MVMT Society has always been my go-to for precision Pilates, as her flows hit those tiny muscles no one else quite does. The entire Postnatal collection is perfectly balanced and curated for the recovering mum. The flows felt so GOOD—doable even in the earliest of days while also increasingly challenging to keep us progressing while healing.

Movement Society has been with me through so many stages of my fitness journey. Rebuilding strength after my second child, assisting with recovery from women’s health issues, and now keeping me strong throughout my third pregnancy. Being able to select multiple 10-minute workouts when the babies sleeping and I don’t know how long I’ve got, or getting stuck into a 40 minute session when I’ve got all the time in the world, I love the flexibility and freedom the platform brings.
The variety of classes is incredible—each sequence is so thoughtfully crafted that even on lazy days, I find myself wanting more. During my pregnancy, it was the only workout I did, and I credit Elise and her classes for my speedy postpartum recovery and a much stronger core than I ever anticipated!
I love being able to move in a way that not only feels safe and keeps me feeling strong but I also enjoy it so much! What sets Elise's workouts apart from other prenatal online classes I have done is that just because they are prenatal doesn't mean they are easy, she gets you into the burn zone, and I love that workouts can still feel challenging in this season.
