A two-part standing series – focusing on guns and buns.
Part 1 – we use both the ball and band in one of our favourite standing glute series. We layer in the balance challenge (by slowly decreasing your base of support).
Part 2 – Standing Push-ups against the wall. We love performing push-ups upright and standing. This de-loads the movement so you can build strength and control. Meaning – we work the right muscles and build correct technique. Hello, triceps.
