I always underestimate how much of a skip in my step my morning workout gives me. I feel so sluggish when I just roll out of bed. That doesn’t change for shorter workouts. Whether it’s to combat the 3pm energy slump or kick start your day, 20 minutes of daily movement will give you an energy boost.

20 minutes is a duration we can all find time for. How quickly do you find 20 minutes pass while you are mindlessly scrolling or binging Netflix?
