Sculpting tools: Ball. If you don't have a ball simply find a bath towel, fold it in half long ways twice, then roll into a tight little cylinder. it will work just like a ball!

Your "abs" request is my command. You will only need your ball (and some serious core stamina). This 30-Minute ab-extravaganza builds some serious burn.
