A mix of your favourite Pilates and functional bodyweight exercises with optional cardio moments. Sculpting tools needed: Your whole toolkit and your mat. You can set up 5 stations around the room, each with a different sculpting tool at it and one with none. Move between each station throughout your workout. Alternatively stay in the one station and work your way through each prop there, the choice is yours!
