My in-studio members loved this leg and glutes combo! It’s one of those workouts you’ll want to repeat again and again.

This fiery mat sculpt hits all the spots we love to tone and strengthen - inner and outer thighs, hamstrings, hips, and booty. We’ll start with bridging and thigh burners using the ball, then move into our signature sidelying series with the long band (yes, the rotisserie is back ... with a new twist I’m obsessed with!). Spoiler: I was shaking like a leaf by the end of those forearm pulses. 🍃🫨

You can stop at the 23-minute mark, or stay for a well-deserved leg and glute stretch.
Strength + stretch = the perfect finish, leaving you feeling lengthened and strong.

💭 Ps. I remember after class one of my beautiful members said. "I embrace the burn because it makes me feel open.” - I loved this insight because the movements do just that. Deliberate exercise selection (e.g bridging and rotisserie) because they strengthen weak areas (glutes, inner thighs) while opening tight areas (hips, quads).  xx
