In studio flow - it will be all the full body goodness you know and love but with a little extra standing spice to start. You will need your gliders and loop, a chair and your mat. You could get away with performing this equipment free by subbing socks for gliders and not using the loop.
It is a reformer-inspired glute and inner thigh standing series to warm up (that is deadly in the best possible way). Followed by loop-flavoured mat moves that will really challenge your glutes. For later-stage pregnancy, I created this prenatal version of this just for you. Enjoy x
