Standing arms using the long band is a pregnant movers dream – you get all the benefits of upper-body strength and the challenge, plus the added bonus of some lower body burn. You will use the long band in lots of different ways to challenge your upper-body, strengthen your back and improve your posture – all whilst building stronger legs, glutes and inner-thighs. Travolta, Triceps, Biceps, Rows – all on the menu.
We break up the standing arms band burn with a standing “core” series that will leave you standing taller and your backside burning! Armed and ready for you Mumma!
