Join the gang for a 30-Minute low-impact interval toning (LIIT) flow that will keep you strong, strengthened and lengthened. Each interval has been layered to give your body options. As you repeat the workout you will become more familiar with the exercises and quicker to transition meaning you will fit more reps into each interval (maximizing your burn)! We will start standing at the wall with your ball.
