Prenatal Pilates - Upper Body Quickie
This workout balances your pulling (back) and pushing (front) muscles, for a strong (yet balanced) upper-body. Mumma, you are going to thank us when you can lift bub with ease after mastering these movements. This workout is a fusion of standing and mat moves – all focussed on your upper-body. We target the entire upper-body and especially focus on postural moves that encourage chest opening and back body strength. Encouraging more space for you to breathe deeply as belly grows, and helps to set you up for lifting and feeding once baby comes! A cheeky little burn in just 11 minutes!
