This series is a winner. We start standing (think marinating the glutes ready for the mat work to come) with squats. Then it is down to the mat for a glute-focussed superset using just your MVMT loop on all fours. We break up the burn with some delicious spine mobility moments. Modifications:

  • Remove Loop
  • Any wrist pain, you can perform the entire four-point kneeling series on your forearms
