Loved this. For me as a new mum, I want to work out in short increments because I’m time poor. I want to feel the burn but to stay in that safe zone - so this is a little for me and a little for any new mums or anyone short on time. Going to keep the choreography in this workout nice and simple. Really targeting the backside. Working in orientations that not only work the back body, they open the hips and challenge the core. I wanted a glute combo you could do throughout pregnancy and postnatal.
