Full-Body Tone in 25
Full Body Mat Flow in just 25 Minutes using your Ball and Loop You will stay horizontal (meaning no standing). Great for when you want a bit of everything (full-body) in a short amount of time (24-Minutes). Extra attention to the areas we love to tone (Abs, Booty & Arms).
You will recognise the "exercises" but might notice a few different variations sprinkled within. Overball Abs, Wide Bridging, Quadruped with a Long Leg Challenge, Chest Lift Climbs, Tricep Dips, Prone Tricep Challenge and Sideplanks - are some of the names on today's menu.
You will need Loop (optional), Ball & Mat.
