This post-natal friendly workout has been designed for when you want a balanced workout in just 25-minutes. Using just the ball and long band, we flow through strength and mobility moments to deliver you a full body, balanced workout. You will start with the ball under the sacrum for a wonderful balance challenger and lower ab challenge, then flow into inner-thigh focussed bridging, then its quadruped long band, sidelying, book-openings, mermaid, side planks and finishing with prone hundreds.
