You don't need a mat for this one. Good for sneaking in when time is poor. Prepping dinner, before bed, first thing - who is keen to try? It is MOSTLY scooter, with a gliding plank set between sets. Don't worry - we build up to this more challenging variation, and as always there are modifications offered to suit all levels.
