Your week started off with a bang if you joined in live to this one. Holly's Monday morning live sculpt has moments of sweat combined with MVMT's signature strengthening moves working you out in all the right ways.
A couple of technical difficulties filming this one but we got there! Please excuse the missing intro and start with the legs nice and wide with a natural gentle turnout ensuring when you bend the knees they align with the second and third toe. After the standing one leg glute work, lay on your second side ready to start side lying glutes.
