Progression from Core Activation 1 where we focussed on breathing and preparing for tabletop. This builds on from their reinforcing what we learned and adding some extra layers of challenge like balance. One of the reasons I love the ball is the instant feedback you get from the ball.

In Pilates nerd lingo, this is all about hip disassociation and core stabilisation.
