Adding to the “I want a full body burn” in under 20 minutes collection. Abs, Glutes, Inner-thighs, Waist, Arms and and there is even time for a standing arms finisher. For context.. this was filmed while Hugo was 3 months old. Broken into a day - my brain and body were challenged. Snuck some extra burn moments that I didn’t even plan for. It really tested me… but sometimes the ones where everything goes wrong (filming) make for the best workouts. 

The best part about a full-body quickie is you burn out one body part and it’s straight to the next. This helps you push yourself as you're no longer using the same body part it’s fun.
