Tech Neck
“Tech neck,” the act of stressing muscles while using phones, tablets, and computers, resulting in a protruding head, forward of the shoulders and neck and shoulder pain, stiffness, and soreness.
Such a common problem amongst not just tech users, but writers, hairdressers, artists and even those holding babies. The repetitive actions required for all of these leave chests closed and tight and the deep neck flexors weak.
So we have combined some physiotherapist recommended exercises in a gentle, mindful flow that helps both with the prevention and the easing of tech neck symptoms. Your prehab/rehab all in one.
