Standing Arms 4 - 360 Posture
Perfect stand-alone workout or addition for when you want extra arms (in standing). I especially loved this flow from my latest standing flow that I wanted it to be it’s very own workout. All angles of the upper body are targeted and strengthened with a creative long-band melody of moves. Moving through many variations means you won’t overly fatigue one area which is common with lots of upper-body workouts (not movement ones of course).
LOVE this for Prenatal - swap *prone* movements for a series like this and your upper back will be strong!
