You will be side-lying for this entire series (I love this for pregnancy and lazy days). Sidelying glutes using the long band (hello, side booty) paired with a delicious book openings stretch reward between sides. I love how intense this series becomes when you add the long band. I was inspired by side-lying on the reformer with your feet in the straps. I love that you can replicate the reformer with MVMT props and a mat. ou are in control of the tension - the smaller you tie your band, the harder this will be. Live dangerously. x
