Here is a simple prone series that doesn't require any equipment. It is excellent for strengthening your upper back muscles, which can help counteract the rounding caused by feeding and nursing. The series starts with foundational exercises and gradually adds more challenge.

If lying on your stomach isn't comfortable (tender breasts) - swap this for Standing Arms.
