Livestream 27 with Elise
Zoom 27 is a nice one - extra attention to the arms and ass in this one. We start standing with scooter, tricep dips, and a fold-over glute series. It’s then down to the mat for some wide bridging before grabbing the long band and doing an arm-ass superset! Just when you think you are done, we get back up for a quick (but deadly) standing arm finisher! Enjoy. You will need: MVMT Gliders, Loop, Ball, Long Band, Mat & a Chair (aka errrything).
