We start with standing arms to get warmed up. Then sneak in some spicy band walks with weight shifts and heel raises before heading down to the mat.
Wide bridging, overball abs, quadruped, sidelying and side plank are some of the moves responsible for (tomorrow mornings) sore peach! And to make sure your entire back body is strong, we finish with one of my fav prone/posture/upper-back strengthening sequences!
