You requested a little extra abs and inner thighs in this 44 minute Pilates flow. Sorry (not sorry) we went 4 minutes over on this ab-fest.
You will need your MVMT ball and loop. We start with abs (3-ways), then flow through some tricep drips into the spicy c-curve. We give the abs a break (and challenge the inner-thighs) before finishing with some posture and back-body.
