In Studio 2 - Prop Party
EVERY prop from your toning toolkit comes out to play in this in-studio full-body workout. BUT you only use each prop for one exercise before moving on to the next exercise/prop. JUST as you think your core is cactus *poof* the ball is gone and your loop is out and glutes on fire.
Broken into 5 parts (Ball, Loop, No Props, Long Band, & Gliders). You could call your props sculpting weapons of ass, abs and arms construction. Take a little extra time with each exercise "planting the alignment seeds early" so your body is set up for success (and some serious burn) as we progress through our practice. Enjoy x
